Refund policy

Welcome to Taboria. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return, refund, or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Include original packaging whenever possible.
  • Not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, customization, or clearance reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products showing signs of use or intentional damage.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping package if applicable

Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

5. Exchanges

We gladly replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs whenever applicable.

For customer preference returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
